Acceptable Use Policy

Version 1.0 | Last updated: 22 October 2026

Quick Summary: This policy explains how you may and may not use our Service. Breaches may lead to proportionate action, including restriction, suspension or termination of access. Use the Service lawfully, securely and responsibly.

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out the rules governing access to and use of TilNow's Regulatory Intelligence platform, including its website, applications, interfaces, content and related services (together, the "Service"). It applies to consumers, business users, public-sector organisations and any person accessing the Service on their behalf. This AUP forms part of our Terms of Service.

If you access the Service on behalf of a business, public authority or other organisation, you must comply with this AUP and any use restrictions that apply to that organisation's account. The organisation is responsible for ensuring that its authorised users are informed of these requirements.

Our goal is to maintain a secure, reliable, and lawful service for all users. By using the Service, you agree to comply with this policy.

If a customer contract, order form or other written agreement with TilNow permits an activity that this AUP would otherwise restrict, the express terms of that agreement will apply to that activity. All other provisions of this AUP remain in effect.
